Damaged on arrival means a free replacement — no return shipping for you to handle.
Damaged or faulty items
If your PageGlow arrives damaged or does not switch on, send us a photo or short video within 14 days of delivery and we ship a free replacement.
Change of mind
Replacements cover items that arrive damaged or that do not switch on. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once the parcel has been delivered.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change the model, plug or address, or to cancel before dispatch.
