Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Estimated delivery is 6–9 business days worldwide. Remote areas and customs checks can add a few days.

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Each unit ships with the plug you select at checkout (EU, US, UK or AU). If you picked the wrong one, email us before dispatch and we will change it.

Any import duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are set by local authorities.
